1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Tours: If you need to cancel your tour booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.

1.2. Private Tours: For private tour bookings, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour time to cancel and receive a refund. Private tour cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Weather Conditions: In case of unfavorable weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of your tour by Homestead Airboat Tours, you will receive a full refund.

2.2. Illness or Emergency: If you or a member of your party is unable to attend the tour due to illness or a personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a refund or reschedule the tour based on the circumstances.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Online Bookings: If you booked your tour online through our website, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

3.2. Third-Party Bookings: If you booked your tour through a third-party website or agency, please refer to their refund policy. Homestead Airboat Tours is not responsible for refunds on bookings made through third parties.
